The Next Generation of Transportation Management

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Transportation wants to thank the AlphaRoute team for building what we needed. Our team worked back and forth with AlphaRoute on the design and build-out of our system, including many new features created specifically for our use. The result is families are better notified and schools no longer have to spend time on bus information!

From the beginning, AlphaRoute was transparent as to their ability, set expectations and executed without fail. Their work allowed us to see where we needed to improve our own routing practices. We are so thankful for their assistance and post-project support!

AlphaRoute has expanded our capacity and improved efficiency–delivering safe, reliable service for our students. Their expertise in both public and private sectors allows for practical, innovative solutions.

Before, the MBTA was using a very time-intensive and inefficient process to identify trips to shift to NDSPs manually. AlphaRoute has allowed the MBTA to administer a rider choice opt-in program that includes a complex set of criteria under which paratransit customers can be shifted to non-dedicated service providers on an overflow basis, which enables us to very quickly and efficiently determine the daily volume and specific trips to outsource to each NDSP.
