Your privacy is important to us, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one our highest priorities. We are proud of our privacy practices and want our current and prospective customers and users to understand what information we collect and how we use it.

– Information which you provide through the use of our website or applications, such as rider, trip and vehicle data.

# Sources From Which We Obtain Your Information

We collect non-public personal information about AlphaRoute users, such as you, from the following sources:

– Information provided to us by Transit Agencies or School Districts whom you have allowed to share information with us or information is required to provide you service;

– Information about your transportation needs and accounts with affiliate systems, or others;

– If you visit the website, information we collect via a web server, often referred to as a “cookie”. Cookies indicate where a site visitor has been online and what has been viewed.

 – If you use our mobile applications, information we collect via your mobile phone or tablet while using the application.

We only use information about you and your account to help us better serve your needs. We may share aggregate non-personally-identifiable information with interested third parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain services and/or functionality on the website and mobile applications.

We also restrict access to your personal data to authorized AlphaRoute associates who have a need for these records. This information is protected according to The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) or as described in our contractual obligation with a School District or Transit Agency.
